Construction progress

As at 10th October 2016, the following construction works have been carried out at Alter Ego premium class residential complex (7 Laboratornyi Lane, Kyiv):

Residential block A:

- monolithic frame construction (vertical) at the level of 21st floor

- flights of stairs installation

- water supply and sewage systems installation

- stained glass constructions installation (4th floor)

Residential block B:

- monolithic frame construction (vertical) at the level of 17th floor

- flights of stairs installation

- water supply and sewage systems installation

- translucent façade systems production

Alter Ego premium-class residential complex comprises two 24-storey residential blocks. The total area of the complex is 43.6 thousand sq m. The areas of apartments vary from 52 to 170 sq m. The internal infrastructure of the complex will include a fitness center, restaurant, shops and other amenities.

As at 1st August 2016, the following construction works were carried out at Alter Ego premium class residential complex (7 Laboratornyi Lane, Kyiv):

Residential block A:

- monolithic frame construction (vertical) at the level of 16th floor

- brick laying works (internal walls) at the level of 6-7 floors

Residential block B:

- monolithic frame construction (vertical) at the level of 13th floor

- brick laying works (internal walls) at the level of 6-7 floors
