As at 16th June 2017, the following construction works were carried out at Alter Ego premium class residential complex (7 Laboratornyi Lane, Kyiv):
Residential block A:
- brick laying works (internal walls) at the level of 20th floor
- double glazed windows installation at the level of 20th-21st floors
- balcony protective structures installation at the level of 6th-7th floors
- elevator equipment installation
- ventilated facade works are 40% complete
Residential block B:
- brick laying works (internal walls) at the level of 16th floor
- procurement of equipment for the roof boiler house
- translucent protective structures installation is 40% complete
At the site:
- external water supply system installation is 90% complete
- external power supply system installation is 30% complete
- insulation works in the parking are 10% complete
Alter Ego residential complex comprises two 24-storey residential blocks. The total area of the complex is 43.6 thousand sq m. Areas of the 360 apartments vary from 52 to 170 sq m.
The internal infrastructure of the complex will include a fitness center, restaurant, shops, and other amenities.
