Alter Ego residential complex construction status update (MARCH 2017)

As at 12th April 2017, the following construction works were carried out at Alter Ego premium class residential complex (7 Laboratornyi Lane, Kyiv):

Residential block A:

- monolithic frame construction (vertical) at the level of 26th floor

- horizontal slabs construction at the level of 25th-26th floors

- ventilation and fire alarm systems installation at 18th floor

- brick laying works (internal walls) up to 16th floor

- double glazed windows installation at the level of 19th floor

- aluminum window elements installation up to 14th floor

- elevator equipment installation (Orona) – 2 units

- flooring underlayment in apartments and common areas

Residential block B:

- monolithic frame construction (vertical) at the level of 24th-25th floors

- horizontal slabs construction at the level of 24th-25th floors

- interior stairs construction

- brick laying works (internal walls) up to 14th floor

- ventilation system installation at 14th floor

- parking floors insulation works

As at 10th March 2017, the following construction works have been completed at Alter Ego premium class residential complex (7 Laboratornyi Lane, Kyiv):

Residential block A:

- monolithic frame construction (vertical) at the level of 26th floor

- horizontal slabs construction at the level of 25th and 26th floors

- vertical partitions construction at the level of 25th and 26th floors

- aluminum window elements installation up to 14th floor

- assembly of double glazed windows up to 19th floor

- interior stairs construction

Residential block B:

- monolithic frame construction (vertical) at the level of 24th floor

- horizontal slabs construction at the level of 23th and 24th floors

- vertical partitions construction at the level of 23rd floor

- brick laying works (internal walls) up to 12th floor

- assembly of  translucent enclosing structures up to 11th floor.

External power-supply systems assembly works are underway.

Alter Ego premium-class residential complex comprises two 24-storey residential blocks. The total area of the complex is 43.6 thousand sq m. The areas of apartments vary from 52 to 170 sq m. The internal infrastructure of the complex will include a fitness center, restaurant, shops and other amenities.
