About developer
Alter Ego residential complex is a joint project of two leading real estate developers, GEOS and TMM. TMM is in charge of design and technical inspection, while GEOS is performing functions of a general contractor and investor. The property rights are split between the partners in accordance with the existing agreement.
TMM is a leading Ukrainian real estate developer and construction company delivering residential, office and commercial real estate projects.
