- balconies protective structures installation – 72%
Parking:
- parking lot flooring – 96%
- ventilation, smoke removal, firefighting systems – 55%
At the site:
- external water supply system – 99%
- external power supply and lighting systems – 94%
- external sewerage system – 60%
Alter Ego residential complex comprises two 24-storey residential blocks. Areas of the 360 apartments with modern layout solutions vary from 52 sq. m to 268 sq. m.
The internal infrastructure of the complex will include a parking lot, fitness center, restaurant, shops, and other amenities for comfortable living of the residents.
