As at 5 May 2018, the following construction works were carried out at Alter Ego premium class residential complex:

- Ventilated façade works – 85%
- Floor tiling works - 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 floors
- Radiators installation - 7, 8 floors
- Apartment entrance doors installation – 7-15 floors
- Other façade works – 79%
- Elevators cabling works
Residential block B:
- Ventilated façade works – 75%
- Floor tiling works – started
- Other façade works – 65%
- Ventilation system cabling works – 25 floor
Alter Ego residential complex comprises two 24-storey residential blocks. Areas of the 360 apartments with modern layout solutions vary from 52 sq. m to 268 sq. m.
The internal infrastructure of the complex will include a parking lot, fitness center, restaurant, shops, and other amenities for comfortable living of the residents.
