As at 1 May 2016, the following works have been performed at Alter Ego residential complex (7 Laboratornyi Lane, Kyiv):
Residential block A:
- monolithic frame construction (vertical) at the level of 9th floor – 90% completed.
Residential block B:
- monolithic frame construction (horizontal) at the level of 6th floor – 70% completed.
Alter Ego premium-class residential complex comprises two 24-storey residential blocks. The total area of the complex is 43.6 thousand sq m. The areas of apartments vary from 70 to 170 sq m. The internal infrastructure of the complex will include a fitness center, restaurant, shops and other amenities.
